Brand new workshop! In this half day workshop you will be able to delve into the Art of Suminagashi – an ancient Japanese printing technique of paper marbling. This workshop will give you the opportunity to create your own paper marbling stationery of greeting cards and papers. This workshop is suitable for beginners.

The artists at Resort Studios create an immersive installation; drawing on their individual memories and inspirations of women that have influenced their lives. Participating artists include: Teresa Limbrick, Helen Brooker, Melanie King, Natascha Maksimovic, Jenny Duff, Iain Purves, Nicholas Thompson, Anna Westin, Kim Conway and Eve Lloyd Knight.

Declined. ‘Reviewing all information available it is considered that the current main use of the premises is a commercial enterprise operating as an auctioneer and storage associated with that business. Therefore the criteria has not been met and the building will not be listed as an asset of community value’.

We have applied for the Pettman Depository to be listed as an Asset of Community Value. This would recognise Resort’s status as a place where people go for their cultural life and give us time to try and purchase the building. Continue Reading
