Adam Lucy
Adam Lucy is a multi-disciplinary artist & poet living and practicing in the creative coastal hub of Margate.
His work occupies a space of revelation, exploring and experimenting by peeling back layers of memory and time. Predominantly using the mediums of acrylic paint, photography, embroidery and stitching with yarn, he is open to extensive exploration. Adam utilises found imagery, sourced from flea markets and junk shops to create large scale works exuding unease and layered history.
Adams practice is one of experimentation and cross pollination of artistic traditions, merging performance, spoken word and multiple varied mediums.
