Betty Saunders
Betty Saunders is a photographer specialising in the documentation of contemporary art, exhibitions and artists’ practices. Based at Resort Studios in Margate, she works closely with artists, galleries and museums to produce thoughtful, colour-accurate images that communicate the material qualities and experience of artworks.
With over fourteen years’ experience in fine art photography, Betty’s practice spans sculpture, painting, installation and site-specific work. She previously spent eight years at Richard Green Gallery before establishing her independent practice in 2020, and has since worked with institutions including Turner Contemporary and The Hepworth Wakefield, alongside independent artists and galleries across the UK.
